Job Description
The Lead Accountant will oversee and lead the financial management of business operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and process efficiency. This role requires strong analytical and accounting skills to drive robust financial performance, with an emphasis on compliance with IFRS and UAE tax regulations. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE tax regulations, and company policies.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and prepare financial statements.
Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities as required.
