About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who combines strategic depth with a hands‑on builder’s instinct. You’ll own strategic workstreams that span multiple teams and business domains, defining the 6‑12 month product direction and shaping how Zego’s products evolve to meet ambitious commercial targets.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership. You’ll define new product mechanics and revenue models. You’ll make build‑vs‑buy‑vs‑partner recommendations that shape Zego’s competitive position. And you’ll champion an experiment‑first culture – using AI to compress discovery cycles, generate sharper insights, and ship at a velocity that sets the standard for the rest of the organisation.
You’ll work closely with Zego’s Leadership Team on strategic decisions, lead cross‑functional programmes, and mentor Product Managers – raising the bar for how the entire product community operates.
