Lead Behavior Technician/BCBA Intern

The Lead Behavior Technician / BCBA Intern plays a key role in creating successful, engaging group sessions within our ABA center. In this position, you'll help lead group activities, prepare materials, support BTs in real time, and step in to provide direct therapy when needed. You'll also mentor new team members and help ensure each session runs smoothly and with purpose.

As a Lead Behavior Technician/BCBA Intern, you'll be a trusted leader who elevates service quality, strengthens the BT team, and fosters meaningful client engagement.
