Lead Bid Manager / Baseline Manager – O&G GTC Pipeline / Midstream

As a Lead Bid Manager / Baseline Manager for O&G GTC Pipeline / Midstream, you lead the proposals for Siemens Energy O&G customer base for gas turbine driven compression train for pipeline and midstream market segment. In addition to leading proposal process, you will also be defining standard offerings / baseline, driving cost reductions and lead time optimization, and collaborating with the regional sales team to meet market specific requirements ensuring our offerings are competitive, cost effective with acceptable lead time and aligned to customer needs.


You will work in an international environment with employees at our factories, engineering offices and regional bid management and sales team located all over the world.
