This role is focused on driving outcomes, shaping direction, and influencing decision‑makers, not producing written reports or passively capturing requirements.
The Lead Business Analyst will operate as a trusted right‑hand partner to senior business and data leadership, working directly with VP‑level stakeholders, Data Architects, and MDM leaders to define priorities, challenge assumptions, and ensure data initiatives deliver meaningful business value. This role requires strong presence, confidence, and the ability to proactively step into ambiguity, engage stakeholders, and move work forward.
