Lead Chef: Care Home Culinary Leader & Budget Manager

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Head Chef for Avon Valley Care Home in Bristol. The successful candidate will manage and lead a culinary team, ensuring high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals are provided within budget guidelines.

You will prepare modified diets in accordance with IDDSI, manage inventory and food orders, and supervise kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards. A relevant catering qualification and at least two years of experience in a leadership role are required.
