Lead Commercial Development Manager

Position Overview

The Lead Commercial Development Manager is responsible for driving commercial launch readiness, successfully bringing new product offerings, product enhancements, and services to the market. This role is a hands-on position and will work with various levels of management and departments through the enterprise commercial organization, business units, and various technical and operational teams.

The Lead Commercial Development Manager leads commercial workstream(s) in managing deliverables that correspond to robust sales, marketing, and market access strategy and tactical readiness for a successful launch. Their focus is to ensure that the key elements of the commercial development process are robust and delivered on time.
