Lead - Commercial Finance/Finance Business Partner - Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities -

- Develop Annual Business plan and oversee financial budgeting/forecasting for the business

- Lead periodic Business performance review with key stakeholders for delivery of BU Top/Bottom line.

- Efficient modifiction of ABP and budgets based on the changes in business plans.

- Drive decisions/ideas on cost optimization for maximized returns and profit targets.

- Cross Functional stakeholder manangement/alingment on Key Business decisions

- Provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals.

- Data Analytics and Variace analysis vs ABP for corrective course of action.

- Evaluate, negotiate and approve all vendor contracts as per DOA.

- Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents.
