Lead Cost Estimation Engineer for AI-Driven Upstream EPC

Bilfinger Middle East is seeking an experienced Lead Cost Estimation Engineer to support a strategic upstream project involving an Artificial Intelligence Command Center (AI-CC). The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Cost Estimation, Budgeting, and Commercial Evaluation within large-scale EPC projects.

Expertise in methodologies for Conceptual Cost Estimation and familiarity with Oil & Gas or Energy industry are essential. Proficiency in parametric estimating and working with multidisciplinary teams is a must.
