• We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Lead Crew Member that will oversee  the Asphalt crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and engage in public works street repairs and maintenance.


• Assign, participate in, and inspect asphalt work as required.
• Oversee and engage in the repair and installation of roads, service cuts, utility services, curbs, and gutters.
• Conduct digging, patching, and compacting with appropriate base and amounts of asphalt; level patches with the road.
• Perform auxiliary duties, including working overtime during emergencies, weather events, and snow removal operations.
