Lead Demand & Supply Planner, EEMEA

**Position summary:**

The Lead Demand & Supply Planner EEMEA is the primary team member responsible for connecting the demand and forecasting needs of the ProCare EEMEA value stream to the greater Stryker Supply Chain. They will also look to oversee and support the daily functions of the team, set long term targets, and guide the strategic direction of the supply and demand planning responsibilities at a regional level for ProCare EEMEA. Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.

**Essential duties & responsibilities:**

+ Developing & implementing ProCare EEMEA’s Demand and Supply Strategy for Spare Parts, Repair/Replace, Tooling, Loaners, and External Repairs.
