Lead Design Engineer: Cross-Functional NPI & VAVE

Jabil is seeking a Lead Engineer in Mexico, Jalisco, Región Centro. In this role, you will technically lead the cross-functional design team and ensure project milestones are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 9-10 years of engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree.

This position requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor others and work with project managers to identify and mitigate project risks. You will also be responsible for providing technical support during manufacturing builds.
