What You’ll Do
Lead the New Product Development, Automation solutions for

Farm machinery
Take products from

idea → prototype → field validation → production
Manage and mentor a

small multi disciplinary engineering team
Work closely with

fabrication, vendors, and on-field teams
Drive

cost-effective, rugged designs

suited for Indian conditions
Continuously improve existing machines based on

field feedback
