Lead Designer – Interior Design

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 6 years of experience in high-end interior architecture and interior design projects. Proven experience leading projects from schematic design through construction administration and installation. Experience coordinating teams, consultants, vendors, and client communication. Strong project management and design leadership skills. Experience managing up to two projects simultaneously preferred. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate interior design projects while ensuring design quality, project organization, and successful execution. Serve as the primary design and project management support for the Project Director. Coordinate and supervise team members throughout all project phases.
