Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer / Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to own and evolve our Developer Experience (DevEx) platform. This role blends deep technical expertise, SRE leadership, and people management, with a strong focus on GenAI and agentic workflows to accelerate developer productivity, platform reliability, and secure software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
DevEx & Platform Ownership
- Design and standardise SDLC workflows using platforms like GitHub and Azure DevOps (ADO), along with integrated DevOps tools.
- Build reusable pipeline templates, workflows, and automation for engineering teams.
- Lead adoption of InnerSource and platform engineering best practices.
