Job Description
Leadership & Strategic Ownership
Lead the DIB and CSR agendas for the GCC, providing vision, strategy, and execution plans that align with enterprise priorities and local needs.
Serve as the central point of accountability and coordination for all DIB and CSR initiatives within the GCC HR organization.
Partner closely with the Enterprise DIB CoE to localize enterprise strategy, share insights, and represent the GCC in global DIB discussions and initiatives.
