Lead Engineer – Downhole Completions

As a Lead Engineer within the Completions and Wellbore Intervention Product Performance team, the primary function is to lead and execute projects to evaluate and improve the performance, cost, and reliability of existing products and services, with a focus on completions equipment. This role is driven by supply chain, quality, reliability, and portfolio management priorities.

Partner with the best: The role provides technical guidance on design for manufacture (DFM) and reliability for ongoing projects and supports AMO, category management, and procurement teams in sourcing raw, intermediate, and finished goods.
