Lead Engineer (Network)

Job Responsibilities Instrumental part of implementation of the network components for all data centers which may host gaming related systems Responsible to install & configure network equipment, manage and maintain network and associated security. Manage and monitor network utilization and performance. Follow established processes used by the team and participate in regular process reviews. Escalate any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner. Report performance issues when the business is being impacted. Work with vendors and project management team to implement and complete projects. Maintain service standards defined in SLAs. Provide support to the IT support team to resolve issue associated with the network and network components.
