In this leadership role reporting to the Manager of Environmental Performance, you will manage the Environmental Management System (EMS) to ensure compliance with HSEC&HR standards. Your responsibilities include developing best practices, overseeing training, and driving continuous improvement in environmental performance. Close collaboration with various teams will be essential for successful sustainability reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety programs
• Guide EMS development and implementation
• Manage quality control for HSEC&HR initiatives
• Lead the Glencore Sustainability Database administration
• Analyze and present environmental performance data
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or Environmental Science
