Lead, Food & Beverage Operations - Universal Kids Resort

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for monitoring the operation of assigned Food & Beverage location, including leading and training Team Members, ensuring Guest service standards are met, and operational readiness of indoor and open-air locations throughout Universal Kids Resort.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Assist Management and Supervisors with the consistent execution of Guest service and operational standards. This includes assigning and monitoring the Team Member’s breaks, jumping into position when necessary, de-escalating Guest situations, and seeking out ways to improve the efficiency and service being provided by Team Members at the venue.

+ Responsible for the consistent execution of world class Guest service, operational standards and motivating Team Members.
