Lead Fullstack Developer- Java

Overview

Due to the nature of the projects and specific client security clearance, this role requires the successful candidate to be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure team delivery success.
• Bring a strategic mindset to projects and collaborate and negotiate with clients to bring a technical vision to life.
• Guide and coach teams in their implementation and application.

Qualifications

• Well‑versed in two or more languages such as Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, C#.
• Comfortable with the latest object‑oriented technology.
• Led software development teams using Agile, Lean and/or continuous delivery.
• Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pair programming and infrastructure automation.
