We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Game Designer to lead the design vision and execution of our mobile game portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the game design vision, player experience, and core gameplay mechanics for casual and hybrid casual mobile games.


• Design and optimize core loops, meta systems, progression, economy, retention, and monetization mechanics.


• Lead the game design team, providing mentorship, guidance, and feedback.


• Create and maintain comprehensive game design documentation.
