Overview

This is not a run ads and wait position. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling lead generation systems that directly convert into revenue for the business. Your work will influence sales volume, pipeline quality and company growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies tailored to the Dubai Real Estate market, generating high‑quality buyer and investor leads both local and international.
  • Plan and execute Roadshow and Property Expo campaigns that deliver real ROI.
  • Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Continuously research the market and monitor competitors.
  • Optimize funnels, landing pages, creatives, and targeting for maximum performance.
  • Analyze data rigorously and drive improvements in CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Work hand in hand with the sales team to ensure lead quality translates into closed deals.
