East Hire is looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating potential leads, initiating outreach, and supporting the recruitment and sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
- Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn messaging, etc.)
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/ATS systems
- Support the recruitment team by building strong candidate pipelines
- Communicate professionally with prospects and schedule meetings where required
- Track and report daily/weekly lead generation activity
