Job Description
What you will do
- Update the existing customer’s database (identify the right decision maker)
- Reach out to key contacts and qualify their interest for the two value propositions: business travel and meetings/events
- Transfer the lead to our client internal sales teams (group desks) to set up qualified meetings
- Develop sales and profitability of the own customer portfolio according to the account plans, the portfolio & marketing plans and country sales strategy.
- Develop customer experience by proactive sales work.
- Carry out management of client portfolio
Qualifications
- Bilingual or proficient in Norwegian and English
- Experience in prospecting and B2B customer management
- Expert in inside sales B2B activities
- Knowledge and interest in the hotel industry desired but not mandatory
