Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple HCM modules and a strong understanding of HR business processes. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud configurations.
