Lead Head Chef — High-Volume Lodge Kitchens

African Echoes Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head Chef in Limpopo, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel or lodge environment, demonstrating strong leadership and kitchen management skills.

The position requires overseeing daily kitchen operations across multiple dining venues, ensuring exceptional food quality, and managing a team of over 30 staff members. A culinary qualification and expertise in kitchen controls are essential.

The package includes a negotiable salary of R20,600 CTC, live-in accommodation, and provident fund membership.
