Lead, High Net Worth Client Management

You will support the distribution channels via middle office support for HNW products with the ultimate objective of contributing positively to Great Eastern HNW market leadership.

• Responsible for Case Management, to specific product (ie: Variable Universal Life), requiring enhanced process competency in handling the case management across various distribution channels.
• This includes preliminary and formal submission case management expectations.
• You will also be expected to provide regular & timely pending cases update to the distribution platform (BDMs and Distribution Reps)
• In addition to Case Management responsibilities, the incumbent will participate, and support projects related to business solutions such as process improvements, as and when required.
• The incumbent will report to the Head of HNW Client and Centre of Excellence Management
