Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software development teams to improve application reliability, performance, security and scalability.
- Provide BAU Production support, and resolve issues either spotted by monitoring or reported by users before causing business impact.
- Develop scripts in Terraform, Python and Unix shell scripting to automate tasks and streamline processes.
- Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Terraform on AWS cloud platform utilizing best practices.
- Comfortable with writing database queries and performing database management with an added advantage of experience in Document-Oriented Data Bases, AWS storage solutions.
- Set up and configure monitoring solutions, including Grafana, PagerDuty, Splunk to ensure system health and respond to incidents promptly.
