EXPERIENCE DEPTH: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, specifically within a highly regulated FDA, GMP, or SQF manufacturing setting (such as food, beverage, or pharmaceutical production). FLUID POWER MASTERY: 3+ years of technical experience diagnosing, rebuilding, and repairing hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and pneumatic circuits. AUTOMATION SYSTEMS: 3+ years of hands-on experience optimizing and maintaining high-speed conveyor systems, automated sorting machinery, and high-efficiency material handling lines. FABRICATION APTITUDE: Proven ability to perform structural welding and custom shop fabrication tasks for equipment modification and repair.
