About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven Lead Technician or strong Level II Technician ready to step into a leadership track. This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently in the field and wants to grow into leading projects and teams.
You’ll play a key role in deploying and supporting enterprise-level security systems, working hands-on while developing leadership skills with real support and training.
What You’ll Be Doing
+ Lead and support installation projects for enterprise security systems
+ Install, terminate, configure, and test systems with minimal supervision
+ Oversee job sites and coordinate team activities during installs
+ Act as the main point of contact on-site for customers
+ Ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
+ Track project progress and maintain organized documentation
