Lead, Insurance Finance & Controllership

Summary

We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to head the Finance function for a Global Capability Center (GCC) supporting a leading insurance organization. The role will be responsible for driving financial controllership, FP&A, governance, regulatory compliance, transformation initiatives, and stakeholder management across global markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in insurance finance, GCC operations, and leading large-scale finance teams in a complex, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance operations for the Insurance GCC, including Controllership, FP&A, Reporting, Tax, Treasury, and Compliance.
• Partner with global finance leadership and business stakeholders to drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
