Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Compliance Leader to manage Infra, DB, Security, and Audit operations.
- The role requires strong leadership capabilities, hands-on technical expertise, and proven experience in managing regulatory audits (RBI/SEBI), VAPT, and IT compliance within secure enterprise environments (preferably Banking/Financial Services).
- Lead and manage Infra & DB teams, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
- Own end-to-end Audit & Compliance activities (Internal, External, Regulatory – RBI/IS Audits).
- Manage VAPT, analyze reports, and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Oversee RHEL, MySQL, SAN Storage, Backup Solutions, Network & Security infrastructure.
- Ensure OS hardening, patch management, firmware upgrades, and security compliance (PCI-DSS).
