Lead Laboratory Operations Specialist (EMC/RF Wireless)

Role / Qualification

The role requires a professional with strong technical and operational expertise in EMC and RF/Wireless testing within the TIC industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / ECE / EEE
• 12 to 14+ years of experience in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC), specifically in EMC and Wireless domains
• In-depth knowledge of EMC standards (CISPR, IEC 61000) and Wireless technologies (RF, OTA, SAR)
• Strong understanding of accreditation requirements including ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, A2LA, TEC, BIS, IAS
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset
