Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature 
Lead RFIs/RFPs, coordinate cross-functional input, and prepare proposals 
Develop pricing and commercial offers in line with internal processes 
Prepare agreements and support initial contract negotiations 
Ensure accurate CRM data and consistent sales process application 
Coordinate customer presentations, demos, and site visits 
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities 
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
