Now Hiring: Lead Manager (Onsite – BGC)
What you’ll do:
- Handle lead distribution, scheduling, and bookings
- Monitor team performance and hit targets
- Communicate with clients and support the team
- Assist with inbound/outbound calls when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Familiar experience as a Lead Manager or similar role
- Background in dispatching, scheduling, or call center ops
- Comfortable handling calls when needed
