Alltown Bus ServiceLead mechanic provides lower level technicians guidance in vehicle repair and technical inspection techniques and procedures according to directives, technical manuals, work standards and operational policies.
Responsibility Profile:
Performs mechanical repairs and services to equipment daily.
Performs motor and gear box changes and maintenance.
Contribute to daily start-up and monthly department meetings ensuring thorough communication to associates.
Manage and monitor the performance and efficiency of repair operations.
Actively participate in technical and safety training programs.
Perform computer-related activities as necessary to accomplish tasks, including the work management and project scheduling systems, Computer Aided Design (CAD) programs, e-mail, calendar, and spreadsheets.
