Penmac is seeking a Lead Mold Press Operator for Dallas NCPay Range: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experienceDEPARTMENT: Mold ShopFUNCTION: Operate an injection molding machine and secondary equipment to efficiently produce, inspect and packagemolded parts, using a specific set of work instructions and quality standards.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Effective communication, both verbal and written, with fellow employees regarding quality, cost, delivery, and safety.2. Proper use of KRONOS timekeeping system.3. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, recognizing hazards and taking appropriate corrective action.4. Utilize lockout / tagout procedures as required.5. Understand and follow all safety and accident prevention guidelines as outlined in the employee handbook.6. Understand and follow all policies and procedures in the employee handbook.7.
