Job Description

KWS Türk is looking for their new Lead of Product Management & Agroservice to be based in their HQ, Eskisehir, Türkiye. You will lead the team of product managers to ensure the best possible sales and customer support and drive the development of cross-crop tools and services. This position is also responsible for developing business opportunities amongst all new KWS initiatives.

The position is unlimited and full-time position. 

Key responsibilities:
Lead, empower and develop the team of product managers to ensure the best possible sales and customer support.

Ensure the continuous optimization of the cross-crop portfolio according to internal and external factors

Drive the development of cross-crop tools and services.

Ensure the delivery of content to the marketing department to support the promotion of tools as well as content for marketing material on all channels...
