Job Description
Lead, People Business Partner
Scopely is looking for a Lead, People Business Partner to join our global People Team and support our global People Team and Operations organizations. This role will be based out of our Barcelona hub on a hybrid basis.
We make sure our teams have everything they need to create amazing games. The People team manages everything from benefits & employee engagement to professional development opportunities and more!
What You Will Do
- Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute a People strategy that accelerates performance and strengthens the employee experience.
- Align global talent philosophy with the needs of the business, using data-driven insights to inform decisions, anticipate talent needs, and enhance organizational health.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, providing thought partnership, coaching, and guidance through ambiguity, performance, and team dynamics.
