About the job Lead - Performance & Talent Management
The role focuses on developing strategies, tools, and processes that enable employees to achieve peak performance against business and leadership goals. In partnership with business leaders, you will enhance the performance framework, drive competency development, assess and motivate talent, and contribute to policies that engage and retain employees across the assigned region. This position combines strategic, operational, and tactical HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, succession planning, high-potential talent identification, and critical role assessments.
Partner with stakeholders to manage KRAs/KPIs, processes, and communications involved in performance and talent management for senior managers and department heads.
