Lead Platform Product Manager (Lending Core)

Role Summary

As Lead Platform PM for Lending Core, you will own the shared infrastructure that powers every botim credit product: program configuration, credit decisioning, and the full loan lifecycle. Your users are internal product managers and engineers, not consumers. Your measure of success is whether a PM can configure a new lending program without a single engineering build, and whether the platform is extensible enough to support products we haven't imagined yet. This is a technical platform role for someone who has built a lending engine — not managed one of its products. If you have spent your career optimising lending journeys, conversion, or P&L, this is not the right fit.
