Lead Plating Operations & Process Improvement Manager

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced Technical Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead plating operations and support new project expansions in the leadframe manufacturing industry.

Your role includes managing teams, overseeing chemical processes, driving improvements, and ensuring high-quality outputs. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience are required.

Strong communication skills, particularly in Mandarin, will also be advantageous for collaborating with international stakeholders.
