Lead Pre-Contract QS for Sports & Fitness Projects

Befit Middle East is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to oversee all cost-related aspects of projects from tender stage through to valuation. You will manage cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and subcontractor management while ensuring that projects are executed within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering and significant experience in tendering, preferably in sports flooring or similar construction areas. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
