**Job Description**
The Lead Print Press and Bindery Operator is responsible for producing print and digital products according to specifications and quality standards while acting as the shift lead in production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and direct shift personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards are met.
+ Engage in personal and regular interaction with operators on production requirements.
+ Communicate production schedules, project status updates, and project specifications with team members.
+ Ensure all work areas are properly staffed and used efficiently.
+ Document all activities that occur on the shift such as job progression, operational problems, or personnel issues.
