Lead Production Supervisor: Optimize Processes & Timelines

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with the established policies
• Establishes and recommends changes on work standards which affect subordinates performance in terms of achieving goals
• Ensures decision are well planned to prevent any additional costs in terms of manpower or any serious delay in the overall commit and schedules to the customer
• Frequently interacts with the subordinate supervisors, customers and management group
• Provides general supervision to line supervisors and lead persons on a day to day commitment to customer
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and process to meet the target commitments
• Promotes and adheres to company’s commitment on Corporate Social Responsibility
