About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead

Capex Planning, Controls, and Commercial Oversight

for our large-scale projects. The role demands strong financial acumen, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on experience in managing

petrochemical or large industrial projects . The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring financial discipline, transparent reporting, and effective risk/commercial management across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
1. Capex Planning & Control
Prepare and monitor project budgets vs. approved Capex.
Track commitments, payments, and forecasted cash flows.
Ensure alignment with financing plans and availability of funds.
Monitor deviations and provide early alerts to management.
