Lead Proposals & Estimation Engineer

We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our Tenders & Estimation Department. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Buildings / infrastructure / utility construction EPC projects.

Open Positions:

• Prepares technically and cost-effective EPC proposals by analyzing tenders and coordinating with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Ensures accurate cost estimation, strong bid management, and timely submission aligned with client and Middle East project standards.
• Leads cost estimation for EPC projects by analyzing tenders, preparing BOQs, and delivering accurate budgets to ensure competitive and compliant bids.
