+ The Psychiatric Lead is responsible for completing intake and follow-up assessments of RTP clients.
+ Participates in mental health team meetings at each RTP, reviews program referrals and discharges, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders relevant to the RTP.
+ Ensures adherence to regulatory expectations and oversees other providers in the RTP setting.
