Lead Regenerative Soil Scientist for Oil Palm

YSQ International is seeking an experienced Research Scientist – Sustainable Oil Palm Cultivation. This role will lead research and field implementation for soil restoration in arid conditions in our oil palm plantation project.

The successful candidate will have a PhD and 8–12 years of experience, focusing on soil biology and sustainable agriculture. You will design and supervise field experiments and train teams on sustainable practices.
